Beyerdynamic new release Virtual Studio VST/AU free Plugin for Windows and Mac OS X. This plugin simulate a studio monitor tool for those who mix their track with headphones.

Virtual Studio is available for free download via Beyerdynamic (19.2MB download size, 32-bit & 64-bit VST/AU plugin format for Windows & Mac).

Virtual Studio VST and AU-based plug-in can be used with standard music programs such as Magix Samplitude, Steinberg Cubase, Apple Logic etc.

The plugin was developed in cooperation with ITA Aachen (Institute of Technical Acoustics), Bauer Studios Ludwigsburg and HOFA Plugins, who are known for some nice freeware metering plugins. Virtual Studio meant to create a virtual studio space, emulating several different speaker setups and rooms.

The download includes versions for Mac OSX and Windows 32/64 bit.
