99Sounds has released Project Exodus, a new free Kontakt library special created for electronic music producers, musicians and film score composers or anyone else who need more quality cinematic audio material.
Project Exodus was designed in collaboration with composer, producer and sound designer, Bryan Lake (US Florida), who is also the creator of another popular freeware sample pack: Project Pegasus, released at 99Sounds.com in November 2014.
Project Exodus continues Project Pegasus’s idea and brings even more cinematic sounds such as pads, FX sounds, cinematic loops and more movie atmospheres, all in a nice looking and intuitive Kontakt interface.
This free Kontakt library is organized into three subfolders including Soundscapes, Instruments and Sequences. All sounds have been tweaked and edited for best quality and best usability.
Check the video below to make an idea about what kind of sounds you will find in the “Project Exodus” Free Kontakt library:
In detail expect to find 265MB of 127 Native Instruments Kontakt 5 patches based on a custom scripted user interface that offers controls over Reverb, Delay, Filter and Distortion. To can use this library you must have the FULL version of Kontakt soft sampler. Also, even you don’t have Kontakt installed on your machine, you’ll get a set of standard 24-bit WAV files. The developer announced that new formats, like SFZ, will be available in the near future.
