Pay once the job is complete and you are fully satisfied with the results. After your song is mastered you will receive a demo sample via email. The final payment is made via PayPal after you accept the delivery of the final track. *The displayed prices are for a single track (single project for stems) up to 5 minutes long.

➦ Format
Please provide your audio file in a high-quality uncompressed format such as WAV or AIFF. These formats retain the most detail and allow us to work with the best possible source material.
➦ Resolution
Submit your audio file with a resolution of at least 24-bit. Higher bit depths provide greater dynamic range and fidelity, resulting in a more vibrant and detailed sound.
➦ Headroom
Leave sufficient headroom in your mix to avoid clipping or distortion. Aim for a peak level around -6 dB to -3 dB, allowing us ample room to apply necessary mastering techniques while preserving the integrity of your music.
➦ File Organization
If you have multiple tracks (audio stems) or versions of the same song, please clearly label and organize the files to avoid confusion. This will help us keep track of your project and deliver accurate results.
➦ Communication
If you have any specific instructions, preferences, or reference tracks, please include them in your submission. Provide details regarding intended release platform (i.e. CD, Streaming, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.). Offer details of any special edits (i.e. remove count in at start of song, fade song at end or any other requirements).
Clear communication ensures that we understand your artistic vision and can tailor the mastering process to suit your needs.
We prefer interleaved Stereo WAV files to work from. AIFF and/or dual mono LEFT and RIGHT files can also be accommodated. For the mastering of the final mix, it is preferable to send us the voice and the instrumental tracks separately.
*MP3 format is unacceptable for mastering. WAV 44.1KHz 24bit or higher is preferred.
It averages 2 business days, if you have something urgent please call us and we will try to deliver more quickly.
After we complete your track, you will receive a demo sample, and if you like what we did, you will receive the payment link by email, and the full audio.
Advance payment is not necessary! After receiving the demo version and agree to complete the payment and received the final track, no refund can be made.
