kiloHearts has released the Disperser, a new phase rotator VST/AU (Windows and Mac) Plug-in. Have you ever wanted to rotate the phases of your signal to create frequency sweeps? Funny, neither had we, but then we tried it and were blown away! Disperser smears high energy transients through space and time without modifying the gain of the sound.
Another useful feature of the Disperser phaser plugin is that it can decrease the “crest factor” of a signal, meaning that it will lower the peaks but keep the perceived volume the same. In essence, giving you more headroom for free.
This plugin is known as a “snapin.” That means you can use it as a regular VST/AU plugin or with our snapin hosts Multipass and Snap Heap to combine effects in incredible ways.
Features of Disperser Plugin:
- Shapes transients
- Adds boom to drums
- Gives analog wetness
Disperser VST Plugin for Windows and Mac (32/64-bit, VST/AU) is available for 15 EUR.
