Arturia’s V-Collection 6 is an extremely versatile software bundle with 21 virtual instruments covering over 100 years of synthesizer/keyboard history. Lovingly reconditioned and with many details, the VSTs deliver a lifelike sound with many presets that reflect the well-known sounds of recent years.
In addition to the reworked VSTs of the previous version, the new V-Collection 6 brings 4 new instruments: the Buchla Easel V, the DX7 V, the CMI V, and the Clavinet V – all famous replicas of popular instruments that you would not want to miss anymore.
Let me briefly present you these 4 new virtual synths:
Buchla Easel V
Just as unique as its look are the soundscapes that can be created with the Buchla Easel V. Polyphony, innovative modulation/control sources, step sequencers, effects and more are waiting to be rediscovered.

DX-7 V
The Yamaha DX-7 is, as many know, legendary and represented on many records around the world – and still is! The virtual version of Arturia is more intuitive to use and includes additional features such as a Mod Matrix, modifiable envelopes, extra wave shapes, a second LFO, effects, sequencer, arpeggiator, and more!

CMI V
This virtual synth is a tribute to the Fairlight CMI, which enjoyed great popularity with keyboardists in the 80s. A digital all-in-one workstation that brings Arturia back to life.

Clavinet V
With the latest modeling technique, all aspects of the Clavinet D6 could be taken into account and the properties thus recorded. In addition to the sound come various pickups, EQs, and variable mute functions. It can even make mechanical adjustments, combined with a guitar amp or stompbox rig.

Other updates include the Piano V2, which will feature three new models, a built-in compressor and more.
Store your creations in a convenient, day-based sound browser and access all VC6 single engines through Analog Lab 3.
The Analog Lab 3, which has now been updated for improved usability, and finally improved interfaces for Solina V, Vox Continental V, and Wurlitzer V.

The Arturia V-Collection 6 now offers an incredible amount of excellent virtual synthesizers (21 seminal instruments), which are now much more than just a basic set.
The V Collection is a dream come true for sound designers! As usual, Arturia gave us a copy for testing, we did not waste the time and tried all the new features and new software synthesizers for which we prepared a detailed review.
