Recently, AES 2015 event from New York ended. Here are some of the products presented this year that caught our attention:
New Pro Tools 12.3 by AVID
AVID announced a new Pro Tools 12.3 update for their popular music software that brings some powerful new workflow and editing enhancements. New Features: Commit Track, Drag And Drop MIDI Commit, Track Commit Mix Delivery, Clip Transparency And Fade Improvements, Batch Fades and more.
Pro Tools 12.3 will be available in early November.

New Pro Tools Dock by AVID
Besides the new Pro Tools software update, AVID has also announced the new Pro Tools Dock, a new portable and affordable surface that work hand-in-hand with an iPad running the free Pro Tools Control app. Pro Tools Dock is based on the advanced touchscreen/hardware control workflows of the Pro Tools S6 and Avid Artist Control surface.
The Pro Tools Dock will be available in the first quarter of 2016 priced at $1199.

New Audio Plugins Announced by Waves
Waves announced this year at AES 2015 three new useful audio plugins: Waves Sub Align Plugin, Greg Wells VoiceCentric Vocal Plugin, and Element 2.0 Virtual Analog Synth Plugin.

New MicroMain26 by Barefoot Sound
Barefoot Sound appears at the 139th AES Convention in New York City with its new MicroMain26 (MM26) audio monitor, based on the manufacturer’s MicroMain27 Gen2 platform.
The MicroMain26 is a 4-way active system with 6 drive units housed in sealed enclosures spanning 30Hz to 45kHz with vanishingly low distortion, breathtaking dynamic range and ultra-fast transient response.

New MA-1000 & MA-50 Microphones by Mojave Audio
Mojave Audio intros at AES 2015 two new large-diaphragm condenser microphones: the MA-1000 and the more economical MA-50 mic. This is their first models from the new Signature Series line of products. The MA-1000 features an original new-old-stock 5840 tube, a 251-style capsule, and a custom-designed transformer built by Coast Magnetics and designed by Technical Grammy award winning microphone designer David Royer.
The MA-1000 and MA-50 will be available in Q4, 2015.
